FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) A grave stone marks the final resting place of retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), at Rose Hill Cemetery following a full honors funeral service. He served as CNO from 1990-1994. Kelso was 79 years old.
