SUBIC BAY, Philippines (June 28, 2013) Gunner's Mate 1st Class Nicholas Heidingsfelder, assigned to Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command (MCAST), teaches visit, board, search and seizure techniques to members of the Philippine Coast Guard during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Philippines 2013.
