PHILIPPINE SEA (June 30, 2013) A Member of the Philippine Coast Guard fires an M240 machine gun during small arms training aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Philippines 2013.
