ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 30, 2013) An EA-6B Prowler assigned to the Patriots of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 140 launches from the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Dwight D.
