ORLANDO, Fla. (March 10, 2007) - Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) deputy commander Rear Adm. Jamie Barnett addressed approximately 150 Navy Reservists at Navy Operational Support Center Orlando about the future changes of the Navy Reserves as the military adapts to new global threats.
