(May 4, 2007) - Seaman Olga Dominguez listens to the other end of a sound-powered phone as she waits for a command to start the mooring process during a fast cruise aboard Nimitz-Class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) at Northrop Grumman Newport News shipyard. Carl Vinson conducted a fast cruise to prepare the crew for the move out of dry dock to a pier location at the shipyard. Carl Vinson is undergoing her scheduled refueling complex overhaul (RCOH).
