Brown, director Ordnance Supply, Fleet Supply Officer, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, visits USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) to present members of the Supply department with a Letter of Commendation for being runner-up to the Ney award. The Ney Award is a Prestigious Navy wide award program given to vessel for excellence. The nuclear powered aircraft carrier is undergoing Planned Incremental Availability in Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
