DAKAR, Senegal (Nov. 6, 2007) - Souleymane Ndn Ndiaye, Senegal Minister of Maritime Economy, speaks at an Africa Partnership Station (APS) reception aboard amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43).
