FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (April 25, 2009) Builder 3rd Class Ben Webber, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, relays his position to the center of control while on a defensive patrol during Operation Bearing Duel 2009. Bearing Duel is an annual field training exercise to test the battalion's ability to deploy to a contingency environment.
