SEKONDI, Ghana (March 10, 2010) Ghana sailors work with Sailors aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44) to moor the ship for the first African port visit of Africa Partnership Station (APS) West 2010. APS is an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security on the African Continent.
