PEARL HARBOR June 4, 2010

An artist rendering provided by a private contractor shows a proposal for the Navy Child Development Center at Pearl Harbor. The center is expected to be completed by October 2011. The Navy is working towards achieving a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification for the project.
