Naval Test Pilot School's Newest Flying Classroom Takes First Flight  (27 August 2018)
The U.S. Naval Test Pilot School conducted its first flight of ASTARS III, August 21. The custom tailored C-26 Metroliner is the school's newest flying classroom equipped with Naval subsystems and a matching simulation lab further advancing its modernized syllabus.

U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, Source of "World's Finest Developmental Test Pilots," Changes Command  (15 January 2020)
Lt. Col. Rory Feely became the 49th commander of the United States Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) following a change of command ceremony today. Feely took over from Cmdr. Glenn P. Rioux who served as the school's commanding officer since July 2018.
