WASHINGTON (NNS) -- The Navy announced Monday that Sailors who speak Vietnamese have an opportunity to take part in a standard setting study for the lower range Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) in the Washington D.C. area from Sept. 26-29.

DLI will cover TDY expenses for active duty service members that participate.
