CFAY Participates in Exercise Citadel Pacific 2019

YOKOSUKA, Japan (NNS) -- Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and tenant commands joined together for Exercise Citadel Pacific 2019. The training exercise was designed to exercise installation and tenant command integration, and it enhances the training and readiness of Navy security personnel and potential force protection situations.

CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
