CFAY Attends 166th Anniversary of Perry's Landing

KURIHAMA, Japan (NNS) -- Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) commanding officer attended a memorial ceremony commemorating the 166th anniversary of Commodore Perry’s landing in Kurihama at Perry Park, July 13.

CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
