CSCSU Great Lakes Announces Chief Selects

GREAT LAKES, Ill. (NNS) -- Ten Center for Surface Combat Systems Unit (CSCSU) Great Lakes first class petty officers were selected for promotion to chief petty officer according to a Navy message release August 6.

"The Sailors selected to chief petty officer from CSCS Unit Great Lakes have shown what hard work, dedication to their Sailors, their Commands, and the Navy, along with sustained superior performance will achieve," said CSCSU Great Lakes Commanding Officer Cmdr. Ricardo G. Enriquez. "This will be one of many fulfilling milestones and accomplishments of their careers: entering the prestigious ranks of chief petty officer."

The list of first class petty officers who were selected for promotion to the rank of chief petty officer is as follows:

Gunner's Mate 1st Class Kristina Jolly

Electronics Technician 1st Class Erik Peterson

Fire Controlman 1st Class Geoffrey Bumpus

Electronics Technician 1st Class Scott LaGrange

Electronics Technician 1st Class Timothy Marshall

Electronics Technician 1st Class Lee Steen

Fire Controlman 1st Class Robert Briscoe III

Electronics Technician 1st Class Gary Cornelison

Gunner's Mate 1st Class Mathew Massenburg

Gunner's Mate 1st Class Diem Carpenter
