Michael Saum, commanding officer of Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), leads the command in recognizing America's Navy Birthday.  During a cake cutting ceremony the longest serving EXWC federal employees and the newest interns joined Saum to cut the birthday cake.
