Bill Moran, the Vice Chief of Naval Operations, speaks with Sailors assigned to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), during a tour of George Washington at the Newport News Naval Shipyard. George Washington is undergoing a refueling and complex overhaul (RCOH) at Newport News Naval Shipyard.
