FORT LEE, Va. (March 13, 2019) U.S. Navy Culinary Specialist 1st Class Hermila Elliott and Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Pan Phyu prepare their dishes during the Joint Culinary Training Exercise Mobile Kitchen Trailer event. The 44th annual JCTE was administered by the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence and is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
