New Physical Readiness Test
5 PEARL HARBOR (Oct. 9, 2019) Instructors explain proper plank technique during a new physical readiness test (PRT) as part of Navy Physical Readiness Test Evaluation Phase II. Throughout the week, groups of volunteers will perform exercises such as pushups, planks, 2k row, upright bike and 1.5 mile run.
