(March 23, 2019) Parents of Gunner's Mate Seaman Dakota Kyle Rigsby, Shawn and Wayne Rigsby, unveil a plaque in their son's honor alongside deputy chief, tailored access operations, National Security Agency, Rear Adm. Frank D. Whitworth, during the naming dedication for the town's post office in honor of Seaman Rigsby, March 23, 2019. Seaman Rigsby was one of seven U.S. Navy Sailors who lost their lives aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62), when it collided with the Motor Vessel ACX Crystal on 17 June 2017, in the waters of Sagami Bay near the approaches to Tokyo Bay.
