Rear Admiral Bart Randall is a U.S. Navy SEAL Officer and a native of Kingwood, Texas. Randall is a 1995 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he studied computer science and played rugby. He began his career as a SEAL after completing Basic Underwater Demolition school (BUDs/SEAL) Class 203 in 1996. In 2010, Randall earned a Masters degree in National Security and Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College.
He has commanded at all levels of special operations, including commander of SEAL Team Five, commanding officer Naval Special Warfare Center in Coronado Ca, and commander of Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force, Iraq. He has made numerous operational deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, the Pacific, and Europe.
