The Navy has released its final Public Health Review (PHR) report that was initiated in response to a complaint filed in July 2015 to the Department of Defense Inspector General (DoD IG).

The Navy has released its final Public Health Review (PHR) report that was initiated in response to a complaint filed in July 2015 to the Department of Defense Inspector General (DoD IG).

The public health review was conducted by the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center (NMCPHC).
