30NCR Command Master Chief Relieved

From Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Pacific Public Affairs

Capt. Jeffrey Kilian, Commander, 30th Naval Construction Regiment (30NCR), based in Port Hueneme, relieved Command Master Chief Frank Palmer Dec. 19, due to personal misconduct.
Capt. Jeffrey Kilian, Commander, 30th Naval Construction Regiment (30NCR), based in Port Hueneme, relieved Command Master Chief Frank Palmer Dec. 19, due to personal misconduct.

Master Chief Marvin Melbourne will replace Palmer as 30NCR command master chief until a permanent relief is identified.

Commander, 30th Naval Construction Regiment exercises operational control of Naval Construction Forces deployed to the 7th Fleet Area of Operations.
