Overall Selected Reserve advancement opportunity by pay grade:
E-8 advancement opportunity increased from 7.8 percent to 13.77 percent (+5.97 percentage points).
E-9 advancement opportunity decreased from 9.77 percent to 9.68 percent (-.09 percentage points).
