Navy Releases Name of Sailor Listed as Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown

The U.S. Navy announced the identity of a Sailor listed as Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown (DUSTWUN) following a reported man overboard incident onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) while operating in the Arabian Sea, July 17, in support of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command.

Aviation Electronics Technician 2nd Class Slayton Saldana has been listed as DUSTWUN following the July 17 incident.

Saldana is assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 5, part of Carrier Air Wing 7, assigned to the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group.
