Navy (ASN) for Energy, Installations & Environment (EI&E), Mrs. Phyllis L. Bayer awarded the Distinguished Civilian Service Award.

Today, Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer thanked Mrs. Phyllis L. Bayer for 30 years of service and presented her the Distinguished Civilian Service Award for serving as the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN) for Energy, Installations & Environment (EI&E).
