Cmdr. Sean Dubbs, commanding officer, Navy Operational Support Center Orlando, Florida, relieved Command Senior Chief Terry Parker of his duties due to Parker's failure to demonstrate the exemplary conduct and leadership expected of those in command leadership positions.

Concerns about Parker's leadership and professionalism became known due to a command climate survey and also through calls to the Inspector General's office.

Parker became NOSC Orlando's command senior chief in October 2015. He has been temporarily reassigned to another command in Jacksonville, Florida.

The commanding officer is considering different drilling Reservists to temporarily assume the senior enlisted leader position.
