Naval Medical Center San Diego to March in Honor of Veterans

Approximately 120 Sailors from Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) marched in the 2016 Veterans Day Parade from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. along Harbor Drive, paying special tribute to the nation's veterans.
Approximately 120 Sailors from Naval Medical Center
San Diego (NMCSD) are scheduled to march in tomorrow's 2016 Veterans Day Parade from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. along Harbor Drive to pay special tribute to our nation's veterans.

Prior to the parade, all participants will hold a special formation and observance of Morning Colors at 8 a.m. in deference to the Flag of the United States of America and the veterans who served the nation it represents. The ceremony will be held at NMCSD.

Media is invited to observe the ceremony and talk to the Sailors about the day's significance and their part in it. Please RSVP no later than 5 p.m. today to NMCSD's Balboa Public Affairs, at:
usn.nmcsd-pao@mail.mil.

Please arrive at the main gate no later than 7 a.m. tomorrow. A Public Affairs representative will escort you to the site.
