CSRB Details Released for EOD Warfare Officers

The renewal and modification of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warfare Critical Skills Retention Bonus (EOD CSRB) program was announced in NAVADMIN 101/15 released April 28.
The renewal and modification of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warfare Critical Skills Retention Bonus (EOD CSRB) program was announced in NAVADMIN 101/15 released April 28.

Qualified lieutenants will be offered the opportunity to commit to a four-year agreement with a maximum bonus amount of $80,000 or a three-year agreement with a maximum bonus of $45,000.

Lieutenant commanders will continue to be offered the sole option of a three-year agreement with a maximum bonus of $46,000. The renewal authorizes payment of $22,000 in year one of the agreement, with $12,000 paid the final two years' annual installments.

The Critical Skills Retention Bonus (CSRB) is a special pay that aims to incentivize Sailors with critical skills and experience to stay Navy.

Eligibility requirements and details on the application process are outlined in NAVADMIN 101/15.
