General Court-Martial

* At a General Court-Martial in Washington, D.C., Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Marq Martinez, USN pleaded guilty to receiving and distributing child pornography. On June 19, 2015, the military judge sentenced him to be discharged with a Bad Conduct Discharge, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 20 months.

* At a General Court-Martial in Washington, D.C., Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 1st Class D'Urville Christopher, USN was tried for assault consummated by a battery and indecent acts with a child. On June 23, 2015, the panel of members returned a verdict of guilty to all charges and sentenced him to forfeit all pay and allowances, reduction in rank to paygrade E-1, and confinement for 6 years.
