Lt. Cmdr. Angela Cox, commanding officer, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Earle, New Jersey, was relieved of duty Aug. 27 by Capt. George Honeycutt, commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Reserve Component Command Norfolk, due to loss of confidence.
