The executive officer of Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Kings Bay, Georgia, was removed from his position on Aug. 24 due to an ongoing investigation into allegations of personal misconduct.
The executive officer of Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Kings Bay, Georgia, was removed from his position on Aug. 24 due to an ongoing investigation into allegations of personal misconduct.

Cmdr. Vincent J. Wood was removed from his position by Capt. Gunter Braun, TRF commanding officer.

Wood has been the executive officer at TRF since April 2015. He has been administratively reassigned to Submarine Group 10 at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay.
