Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) Commanding Officer, Capt. John Ferguson, relieved the Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC) Lackland Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Robert Arias, of command on Sept. 11, 2020. The commanding officer’s relief was due to loss of confidence.

Cmdr. Brian Carroll, director, CENSECFOR Learning Site Gulfport, Mississippi, will assume duties as NTTC Lackland commanding officer effective immediately. Arias will be temporarily assigned to Naval Education and Training Command in Pensacola, Florida.
