170828-N-HM833-001 WASHINGTON (Aug. 28, 2017) On Feb. 20, 2017, the U.S. Navy launched the beta release of My Navy Portal (MNP), a new Web portal designed to aggregate several personnel, training, and education websites for Sailors into one location. MNP provides Sailors a single portal with which they can manage their careers from the day they join to the day they separate.
