Theodore Roosevelt, flagship of Carrier Strike Group Nine, is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. U.S. 7th Fleet is the U.S. Navy's largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, and routinely interacts and operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region. PAGE, Ariz.

PAGE, Ariz. (April 25, 2024) An MH-60S Sea Hawk Helicopter assigned to the "Merlins" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3 flies over the Grand Canyon en route to a community engagement at Page Municipal Airport in Page, Arizona, April 25, 2024. The engagement, held in conjunction with the Navajo Language Unity Club of Page High School, was open to the community and featured a hands-on static display of the aircraft, during which attendees were able to observe and interact with a nearly all-women team of U.S. Navy aviators, crew and personnel. The Merlins were also joined by Sailors and Future Sailors assigned to Navy Recruiting Station, Flagstaff, Arizona. HSC-3 is the Navy's West Coast MH-60S Fleet Replacement Squadron, responsible for training pilots and aircrewmen by providing the most capable warfighters to the Fleet.
