Mike Gilday conducts an impromptu reenlistment ceremony for Sailors assigned to the Virginia-class attack submarine USS Delaware (SSN 791) following a commissioning commemoration ceremony in Wilmington, Delaware, April 2, 2022. The submarine participated in a week-long commemoration of events in honor of the boat�s commissioning ceremony that took place administratively in April 2020 due to COVID restrictions at the time.
