In this file photo, tugboats and auxiliary boats from Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka maneuver the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) into a dry-dock for a scheduled maintenance availability at U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF JRMC) Yokosuka, July 20, 2016.
