Raissa Vieira Sanchez, a Brazilian medical officer, right, to diagnose an elderly woman on her houseboat near a remote village along the Amazon River in Brazil. Adams and Condos are members of a team of five U.S. Navy doctors who are engaging in a month-long humanitarian mission up the Amazon River.
