GULF OF OMAN (Nov. 7, 2019) Sonar Technician (Surface) Seaman Apprentice Isaiah Garcia deploys a MK 39 EMATT (Expendable Mobile ASW Training Target) from the fantail of the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) as part of an anti-submarine warfare exercise during International Maritime Exercise 2019 (IMX 19).
