Truman (CVN 75) conducts a refueling at sea (RAS) with the Military Sealift Command (MSC) fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) while simultaneously conducting a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) with the ammunition ship USNS Mount Baker (T-AE 34). Harry S. Truman and Carrier Airwing Three (CVW-3) are currently on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of Saddam Hussein.
