Steven Lawrence, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723), gives a tour of the boat’s torpedo room to Surgeon General of the Navy Rear Adm. Bruce Gillingham, during a visit aboard Oklahoma City.
