Richards High School during an Unarmed Individual Drill Routine (IDR) at the 2020 Navy Junior ROTC Area 3 West Regional Academic, Athletic and Drill competition in the Pacific Fleet Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC). More than 400 cadets from 16 NJROTC and Navy National Defense Cadet Corps (NNDCC) units in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Nebraska participated in the two-day annual event.
