Chance Litton, commanding officer aboard the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Chicago (SSN 721), pilots the submarine to its homeport of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam following Encapsulated Harpoon Certification Training Vehicle (EHCTV) testing. Chicago conducted EHCTV testing which allows the submarine to carry and employ warshot tactical Harpoons.
