Tips for refining search results

Mark Bipes, deputy commander of Navy Medicine West and deputy director of the Medical Service Corps, visits the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences during Navy Week Fargo. During his visit, Bipes met with Dr. Joshua Wynne, dean and vice president for health affairs, to tour their new facility in Grand Forks, N.D., which included a high-tech simulation lab.
