171125-M-WP334-011 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 25, 2017) Sailors assigned to the amphibious transport dock USS New York (LPD 21) utilize rigid-hull inflatable boats (RHIB) during a simulated visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) mission as part of a combined composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) in the Atlantic Ocean, Nov. 25, 2017.
