The Massive Multiplayer Online War Game Leveraging the Internet (MMOWGLI) game, generated by the Navy Post-Graduate School and NSTC, is to provide feedback commentary to help evaluate the most effective training practices at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp. Navy personnel can play Recruit Reboot from April 25 to May 13. Playing will help provide the best possible Sailors to the fleet and shape the 21st Century Navy. (Official U. S.
