The squadron is conducting tests of the Maritime Augmented Guidance with Integrated Controls for Carrier Approach and Recovery Precision Enabling Technologies (MAGIC CARPET), which will provide improved safety, efficiency and success rates in recovering fixed-wing aircraft on board aircraft carriers.
