Tips for refining search results

  • Use the word AND in between keywords to get results that include both words i.e. "Navy AND Recruiting"
  • Use the word OR in between keywords to get results that contain either word i.e. "Navy OR Military"

Instead of using rating names and their abbreviations, the Navy will now use an alphanumeric code. These Navy occupational specialties (NOS) codes will be grouped under career fields.
