PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 15, 2020) An F-35C Lightning II from the "Argonauts" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 147 takes off from the flight deck of Nimitz-class nuclear aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Vinson is currently underway with Carrier Air Wing Two, fully integrating and operating together for the first time since the addition of the F-35C Lightning II.
